The rich, dark, aromatic brown of melted chocolate - the city administrator has changed the settings in the system to celebrate Valentine's Day, and decorated all the shops, too. There can be no escaping red roses or ornate heart decorations today.

A present bag as large as the Eippel Tower stands in front of that structure, tied off with a giant golden bow. It's common knowledge that Tricolore, PriParis's top team, will be making a grand announcement in midmorning. So every idol turns out. Anything Tricolore says can't be missed.

After just enough time to make people wonder what was going on, Shikyoin Hibiki appears on a dais before the crowd. She is flanked by her teammates, Fuwari and Falulu. They are each holding onto one side of the golden ribbon. ]
