[ Welcome to PriParis, world capital of flowers and fashion! You'd be forgiven for thinking you'd stumbled upon a grazing field, though: this concert hall is so packed with both girls and goats, it's staaaaa-nding room only even for a chance to peer through the doors.

Should you manage to brave the herd and enter the venue, the stage is decorated to resemble a picturesque mountainscape. Birds carrying a sign saying "Happy Birthday Fuwari" flutter above, and onstage, a petite young lady gambols happily to her own tune. ]

...around this song, around this voice, gather around, lay hee!

[ Everybody cheers. Or moos. Or bleats. Fuwari waits until the clamor has died down to speak. ]

Everyone, thank you, truly! To be able to celebrate my birthday with this many friends - it's so touching! There'll be treats and party favors afterwards, so stop by and say hello, okay? I'm looking forward to seeing you.

Maa-maa-maa ee-hee!

[ She waves to her fans. Up in a box seat, far from the crowd, a pair of onlookers watch with satisfaction. ]

Fuwari made more friends. Fuwari's friends become Falulu's friends! Birthdays - are so fun!!

BEFORE THE PARTY

[ Did you know there was a kitchen attached to top team Tricolore's PriParis dressing room? Surprise! It has totally been here all this time, and Falulu has ventured within. She's found a frilly apron somewhere, as well as a recipe book.

She's also found Hibiki, but nobody cares about that. ]

...There's no need. Preparations and the like can be left to Ando.

Mm-mm. [ Falulu shakes her head. ] Falulu read that the secret ingredient is how you feel. If Falulu doesn't bake Fuwari's cake, it won't really be from Falulu!

But...

Plus, you'll help too, won't you, Mahou-chan? [ Falulu turns, noticing they aren't alone. ] And you, too. Hello!

DURING THE PARTY

[ As promised, there's a party taking place in this park! Buffet tables are piled high with dairy products, bread and honey, and other wholesome Palps fare. Troughs are available for those who prefer their victuals closer to the ground.

There don't, however, appear to be any designated places to sit (aside from a gold tasseled picnic blanket with a purple canopy erected over it, but that sure looks like Private Property). Guess you're sitting on the grass!

The guest of honor can be found pretty much anywhere - chasing a baby goat barefoot across the grass, petting said goat as it lies in her lap helping her unwrap presents, loading up multiple plates of food from the human tables for those who want to try it but can't reach. She is followed by a blue bird who won't stop sobbing about how "IT'S ALL TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, TORI" and "SUCH HAPPINESS CAN ONLY BE FOLLOWED BY THE GREATEST MISFORTUNE, TORI" and "JUST ROAST TORIKO IN HERBS AND SERVE HER ON THE BUFFET AS THE MAIN DISH BEFORE SHE HAS TO WITNESS THIS DAY BEING RUINED, TORIIII..." ]

Oh, Toriko-san, you're worrying too much. Maa, maa!

Okay! Everyone go single file behind Falulu!

[ There is a. Very long line. Of green-haired little girls behind Falulu. Get in line while you can.

...Alternatively, you could go in search of Hibiki-sama, but that probably involves crossing the threshold of that VIP canopy. Do you dare?

Really, though, it's a farm animal party. Do whatever comes naturally. Someone will come and join you. ]

AFTER THE PARTY

[ Evening falls, and the party wraps up. Many of the goats are conscientious citizens who assist with cleanup by Eating Everything, but you may help out as well, if you wish. It's sure to be appreciated by the only formal staff member, Tricolore's assistant manager Goat Maa-Maa Moo-Moo Almond Tofu.

If you go searching for the guest of honor, however, you'll find her on a balcony with her teammate. They're standing very close together and speaking softly. ]

A present for me?

That's right. [ Hibiki takes a tiny box out of her pocket. She goes down on one knee to offer it, opening it so Fuwari can see what's inside. ] With all my feelings. I hope you'll accept them, Fuwari.

H-hibiki-san.... [ Fuwari's hands go to her mouth. Her eyes brim over with tears.

Perhaps you should not be witnessing this. ]
